How can I place an order?
All orders can be placed on lib.ifrimart.com or by phone at 612-405-7770.
What form of payment do you accept?
All payments for IFRIMART-LIB must be made using CashApp to $Ifriinc. We do not accept personal checks or cash.
Will I get the same product brand as shown in images on website?
IfriMart strives to provide and always have excellent quality and brands, as shown in images, directly shipped from the U.S. However, there may be occasional instances where brands shown in pictures may not be available at the time of your order. In that case, we will communicate with you on a substituted brand before processing your request.
How do I know my delivery was completed?
A confirmation email will be sent to the purchaser when the delivery or pickup has been made in Liberia. A receipt will also be given to the receiver upon verification of their identification when the delivery is being made.
How will my relatives be contacted?
We will contact your family and friends by email, text, and/or phone, depending upon the information that is provided by the purchaser, when an order is placed and paid in full.
Can my relatives pick up their orders instead of delivery?
Yes, your family and friends can pick up their orders on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30am to 1:30pm at our office located at:

Where do you currently deliver to in Liberia?
We currently deliver to the locations in Montserrado & Margibi Counties. We can deliver the order to your desire location, or your loved ones can pick up their order from our location in Monrovia. The recipient will be asked to sign for the delivery, and a copy of the receipt will be provided. We deliver on Friday and Saturdays from 9 am to 1:30 pm. Pickups are on Tuesdays from 9:30 am to 1:30 pm. We are closed on Sundays.
How much is your delivery fee?
$15.00 for deliveries made in Montserrado County; and $20.00 for deliveries in Margibi County. Pick-ups are free.
How will you resolve damaged products?
We do not anticipate that our customers will have that experience. Our products are handled with care and precision by our most competent employees and staff. If this situation was to occur, the purchaser can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is IFRIMART return policy?
Although all items are final sales, your experience and customer satisfaction are important to us! In most cases, we do not process returns or exchange items. If we can make it right, we will. If you are unhappy with a particular item that was damaged or defective, please notify us via chat or email at email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Our products are handled with care and precision by our most competent employees and staff.
